Never Leaving Nor Forsaking

On June 10th the Lord officially declared his covenant promises to our baby girl. It was an emotional time for all as this was CRF's first baptism, the first time I administered the sacrament, and it being administered to the girl the Lord so graciously delivered into our hands.
It is our joy to know that God has brought this girl into his covenant and a pleasure to remember our own baptism and how God has done the same for us. Lord willing we will have many more opportunities to do the same.
I cannot express enough how wonderful the time was for all of us as a church body and for me personally. More and more I have come to find the Presbyterian forms of worship so beautiful. The ceremonies and forms help us understand God's ways and help us express our hearts aright. When the rites are performed from the heart they certainly are sacred moments.

I'm a new reader of your blog, and I just wanted to leave my comment. How wonderful for your daughter (?) to be baptized into the faith. I'm a member of a PCA church plant in KY and I know how wonderful it feels everytime a baby is baptized or someone places their membership with your church. May God bless you all!
