Not-So Modest Vacation

I just got back from my first full vacation in 4 years. My family and I went to Erie, PA. Nice place, lots of things to do.

Being that we were on the lake, we hit the shoreline. Going to the beach is not my favorite thing to do, for many reasons. The primary reason is that I just don't care for it--all that sand, strange smells and the accompanying sunburn. But the other main reason regards those who share the beach with me, i.e. the females.

I can't remember the saying, but Jews used to have a line that they said about theaters and the one who would enter into it. The saying was something to the effect that they should be avoided at all costs. The Jews considered theaters of that day houses of porn because the erotic material and the lack of clothing of those on the stage. I almost feel the same way about Christians and the beach: avoid it at all costs!
