Is This a Threat?

The scenario that Governor Strickland's created in order to beg for Federal money sounds much more like a dream come true for Christians and the politically conservative. It was posed as a threat to show how bad a state we are in. But really, consider how sweet it is..

Strickland said he would have to close parks, increase the cost of public colleges by $2,000 and leave public school districts without a dime to meet payroll expenses.

Wouldn't that be great! Fewer of our young people would be able to afford to go to a college where they are going to be indoctrinated in secular ideas which fly in the face of the fear of God; The teachers in our city schools will not be able to continue teaching their humanistic beliefs; and land would given back to to private citizens so they could take dominion of it and make it profitable for society.

The downer is that we will not get any of the incredible amount of tax money we already soak into these institutions back. The government will continue to soak it and, most likely, soak us for more to keep their breads and circuses going.

It is interesting too that the one thing that is emphasized in this article that will be closed/ pared down is the prisons. The article says that these will be downsized in order to save medicaid.

You do see how it works, don't you? When you usurp an area that is not lawfully yours (health care), you must give up the duties that you are responsible for before God (justice).
