True Fear

I have never once feared the devil, but I tremble every time I enter the pulpit. ~John Knox

Is there a reason that you will not answer a simple question asking for sources to prove what you said so that I can learn more about the ancient culture--or is that just how Reformed Presbyterian pastors are?

Reverend, I really cannot understand your refusal to answer a simple question. You stated that "This is how covenants were in ancient times." I merely asked you how you knew that--for sources that I could look up--that showed how covenants were in ancient times. If you do not have proof for your statement or if you are simply repeating what someone told you, then please simply say so. If you have proof and evidence, why will you not reveal it? I am glad that Jesus listened and answered questions instead of merely wanting to hear Himself talk. I will ask you this one last time before you lose a reader and before I lose any respect that I had for you. Is that really how Christians are?
