Did the PCA Shrink?: Sarafolean Exposes Statistical Manipulation

Pastor Sarafolean has done some digging on the PCA Strategic Plan.  Wowsers!  The plan was created on the premise that the PCA has shrunk this year for the first time.  Yet Rev. Sarafolean shows that there is no conclusive way to show that such a premise is true:  Less than 45% of PCA churches submitted statistical reports for the year ending in 2008!  With those analytics we could say that the PCA grew exponentially rather than shrank!
